Minimum Qualifications
A Class A Alabama Professional Educators Certificate. A Masters degree or higher in Secondary Education or in a STEM field. A minimum of five years of experience as a secondary classroom teacher with a preference for public school experience. Expertise in appropriate use of instructional technology. Interest in preparing secondary STEM teachers for public education positions. Willingness to support the mission of AUMTeach and the UTeach Institute. Willingness to work collaboratively with the AUMTeach Team UTeach Institute Alabama Commission on Higher Education and partner school systems.
