Requirements:

• Master Electrician License
• 8 years experience in commercial or residential installation and service
• Ability to pull permits
• Proficient at reading and understanding schematics and blueprints
• Able to be on the on call schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Able to read write and speak English
• Valid drivers license: Travel will be required throughout Shipleys geographic coverage in Southeastern/Central PA and Northern MD while in a Shipley provided work vehicle

• Furnish own hand tools

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift pull and/or push 50 pounds
• Able to climb ladders and work off scaffolding
• Able to sit stand bend stoop kneel and reach for extended periods of time

Responsibilities:

• Install diagnose and repair any commercial and residential electrical wiring and components (Generac Generator Install Experience preferred)
• Complete all paperwork according to company procedure and submit daily
• Diagnosing and submitting part orders for customers only with approval
• Provide all customers with consistent quality service in accordance with company procedure
• Complete job assignments according to plans and in compliance with all codes and standards
• Positively promoting the companys products and services developing equipment leads and selling service contracts
• Assist other team members to achieve maximum success safety and efficiency
• Maintain required truck inventory as audited
• Maintain a neat appearance in proper clean uniform always as well as your work vehicle
• Perform all duties in a safe manner ensuring incident-free operations
• Report any incident or accident as soon as possible to the General Manager and office
• Maintain all certified testing equipment in proper working order and report any deficiencies
