As a Massage Therapist at Elements Massage of Bellingham youll have the opportunity to focus on what you do bestproviding personalized high-quality massage therapy and helping clients feel their best.

• Provide customized massage therapy based on each clients individual needs and wellness goals.

• Conduct professional consultations to understand client preferences areas of concern and desired outcomes.

• Customize each session using appropriate techniques pressure and modalities within your scope of practice.

• Educate clients on massage therapy self-care and recommendations that support their ongoing wellness.

• Maintain accurate and timely client session notes and documentation.

• Prepare and maintain a clean comfortable and professional treatment room.

• Follow all sanitation safety confidentiality and professional standards.

• Maintain required state licensing and complete studio training requirements.

• Collaborate with the front desk and leadership team to provide a seamless client experience.

• Maintain professional boundaries and deliver care consistent with Elements Massage standards.

• Contribute to a positive respectful and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist program
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification in the state of Washington.
• Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the studio.
