Reporting to the Coordinator Event Operations and Retail; mascots are responsible for bringing their character to life at Condors home games and community events and appearances.
Your Focus in this Role:
- Responsible for performing in one of two mascot suits and embodies the character during all Condors home games community events and special appearances.
Education Experience and Skills:
- Experience performing in a suit as a school or business mascot will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of hockey and/or Condors events will be considered an asset
- Able to perform mildly strenuous activity for several hours at a time
- Superior interpersonal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Positive energetic and professional attitude
- Passion for the sports and entertainment industry
- Schedule flexibility to work game nights; will be required to work evenings weekends and holidays based on AHL schedule

- You are passionate about Sports and Entertainment
- You have strong customer service skills and the ability to ensure excellent customer care to both internal and external clients
- You have the ability to execute exceptional organizational skills in the face of tight deadlines and multiple demands.
- You thrive working independently and effectively in a high-pressure environment
- You have effective oral and written communication skills in addition to a strong telephone presence.
- You are available to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
Compensation:
This role is budgeted to start at $16.90.
