As a Housekeeping Supervisor youre the behind-the-scenes hero making sure every guests stay is spotless and unforgettable. Youll lead a hardworking team keep daily operations running smoothly and step up when the Housekeeping Manager is away. KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precisioninspections reports and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication hands-on training and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care maintain key control and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys storage rooms and secure filesall while keeping safety top of mind.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. Youre the reason everything looks fresh feels safe and exceeds expectations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
