This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM)overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

• Captain of Hospitality:Youreat the heart of the guest experienceensuring everyone feels welcomed from lounge to banquet. With your upbeat energy you coach and train yourteamso every shift runs smoothly.

• Operations & Compliance Guru:You keep everything sharp upholding standards for grooming safety and certificationsFood Handlers Alcohol Awareness CPR First Aid and more.

• Admin Ace:Behind the scenes you handle payroll scheduling and reports tracking staff hours and productivity with ease.

• Quality &Promotions Pro:You ensure food looks and tastes excellent create fun promotions and oversee inventory and beveragepurchasing.

• Communication & Problem-Solving Hero:You keep everyone informed and address guest requests or concerns quickly always ensuring satisfaction.

• General Go-Getter:You analyze reports attend meetings and jump in wherever needed bringing versatility and positivity to the team.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or a relevant college degree with related experience.

• Proficient in Windows spreadsheets and word processing; strong financial and arithmetic skills.

• Supervisory experience preferred with excellent communication decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay composed andobjectiveunder pressure.
