As aMarketplace Account Management Analystyoull be responsible for supporting the promotional operations seller relationships market analysis and product exposure of our third party Marketplace. Youll work cross-functionally with peers and leaders to deliver business results. Were looking for individuals who are adaptable and comfortable working in an ever-changing environment including learning new tools with a sense of curiosity and eagerness to refine your skills.
This role is hybrid which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield Minnesota and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. What youll do
- Create and prioritize key offers and messages for promotional vehicles across for our Top Deals and Sale event marketing opportunities.
- Analyze reporting to provide business recommendations on assortment pricing promotional planning customer experience and seller management
- Communicate with internal partners to optimize the placement of third-party products on the website.
- Assist Account Mangers on day-to-day tasks to ensure operational execution of the Marketplace.
- Standardize marketing operations to increase participation from unmanaged sellers.
- 1 year of experience performing data analysis
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs TNs etc. will not be considered)
- Bachelors degree
- Intermediate proficiency with Power BI
- 1 year of experience in merchandise planning site merchandising demand planning supply chain or related business team
- 1 year of experience communicating and partnering with vendors/3rd party
