Job Description:
This job is responsible for significant contributions to the development and delivery of the overall marketing strategy for a portfolio of medium to large programs products and processes. Key responsibilities include using data to inform marketing program deliverables interacting actively with multiple business partners to support priorities and project direction and using advanced logic to make complex decisions and judgements with a noticeable impact felt on functional results. Job expectations include identifying risks and opportunities and defining and delivering strategic solutions.

Join the Marketing Strategy Integration team supporting the Chief Experience Office (CXO) within Wealth Management. This role plays a critical part in enabling Merrill & Private Bank advisors and client associates to grow their business and enhance the client experience. As the Program Lead for the Resource Central (SharePoint) to Seismic migration you will drive one of the organizations most strategic initiativesleading end-to-end execution aligning stakeholders and ensuring a seamless transition to a more modern sales enablement platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end migration program from Resource Central to Seismic including roadmap milestones and delivery

  • Drive cross-functional coordination across marketing field enablement product line of business partners and technology teams

  • Track progress and manage risks issues and dependencies

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across Merrill and Private Bank delivering clear executive updates

  • Partner on content migration rollout strategy and field readiness

  • Support change management and adoption including training and communications

  • Define and track success metrics to ensure strong adoption and business impact

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in program or project management

  • Proven ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience in marketing content management digital platforms or advisor enablement (wealth management a plus)

  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced complex environment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to influence negotiate and drive to results

  • Superb relationship management skills and the ability to develop strong interpersonal alliances at all levels

  • Ability to ask relevant questions to draw out business requirement details from business partners

  • Data analysis experience combining multiple data sources and deriving findings from raw data

  • Organizational skills to ensure production issues are resolved on timely basis.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy but still able to step back to see the big picture

  • Excellent presentation skills both in person and virtually

  • Communicate effectively to the different audiences both business and technology

  • Self Starter with ability to adapt to change

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint) required.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology and Software Development Lifecycle

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$103900.00 - $169200.00 annualized salary offers to be determined based on experience education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
