Position Summary:
Lawrence Group Integrate Construction and New Found a design construction and development consortium is seeking an experienced marketing professional to provide support to the three-business unit enterprise in our St. Louis office.
The Marketing Specialist is part of a larger Marketing & Communications team and will help strategize and implement marketing efforts for all three organizations: Lawrence Group New Found and Integrate Construction. The main function of this role is to provide marketing support for Integrate Construction Partners (ICP). (It is anticipated that the Marketing Specialist will split their time supporting ICP and the other companies.
The key responsibilities include:
Leads preparation of responses to RFQs/RFPs for Integrate Construction Partners (ICP).
Works with technical staff to develop copy for proposals and marketing collateral.
Own the maintenance and updates of ICPs library of proposal elements including resumes project sheets and narratives.
Leads development and production of marketing collateral presentations award submittals etc.
Coordinates the organizations presence at tradeshows and conferences including speaker proposals.
Coordinates project photography for ICP.
Maintains and updates ICPs website.
Supports ICPs social media and PR communications efforts.
Assists marketing staff with planning and coordinating special events.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration marketing communications or related area plus 5 years of experience in marketing or communications; and/or equivalent experience/training
Experience in marketing for a construction company is highly desired
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Detail-oriented with a basic understanding of AEC/construction industry terminology and concepts
Demonstrates superior time management skills and an ability to juggle and prioritize multiple deadlines simultaneously
Experience utilizing CRM databases a plus
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers and filing cabinets.
Physical Demands:
This position requires no minimum ability to lift bend or stand.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8 hours with some overtime when necessary.
Travel:
Minimum travel is required for this position.
