Nucor Data Systems is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the commercial team through impactful internal and external communications marketing programs social media conferences and key customer meetings.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to maintain a consistent brand across all digital and print platforms.
- Develop and manage marketing materials presentations and digital content tailored to customers and partners.
- Coordinate industry tradeshows conferences and customer events from planning to post-event reporting.
- Manage internal and external communications including newsletters press releases and success stories.
- Collaborate on digital campaigns videos and social media to drive engagement and awareness.
- Conduct marketing analytics and competitive research to support data-driven strategy and targeting.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Maintain website content and ensure alignment with corporate branding standards.
- Support Sales Engineering and Operations with presentations proposals and product launches.
- Manage visual asset libraries and assist with product documentation updates.
- Oversee industry association relationships and event participation.
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal meetings and team events.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing communications or related field (internships may count for entry-level roles).
- 2 years experience with digital marketing tools social media platforms and campaign analytics.
College degree in Marketing Journalism Public Relations Communications Business Management or comparable field.
Knowledge of MS Office products Word and Excel
Excellent communications skills both written and oral
