Marketing Specialist

Tofel Dent Construction is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our this role you will work with leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our multi-family and commercial construction services.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing excellent communication skills and a passion for the construction industry. You will collaborate closely with project teams business development pre-construction and leadership to craft compelling content and campaigns that showcase our expertise and values.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital social media email and traditional channels.
• Generate Proposal Responses for RFPs and maintain the company resume.
• Monitor public notices for potential project opportunities.
• Create engaging content including brochures website copy case studies newsletters and social media posts.
• Manage the companys website and social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate events trade shows and community outreach initiatives to promote the company.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors agencies and media contacts.

• Bachelors degree in marketing communications business or a related field.
• 3 years of marketing experience preferably within the construction or related industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics SEO social media management and email marketing software.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred but not required.
