Position Summary:
The Marketing Specialistis responsible for contributing to Malones promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales recruitment marketing and build brand awareness. The Marketing Specialist would also be responsible for implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization.

The Responsibilities:

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn Google Ads and email marketing

• Build andoptimizelanding pages to improve conversion rates

• Support multi-channel campaigns aligned with sales and business development goals

• Supportandmaintaina successful brand and image that attracts customers and candidates

• Review current marketing trends and advertisements todeterminethe effectiveness ofdifferent stylesand strategies

• Researchidentify and qualify new leads from both new and existing clients

• Ensuresthat all proposals salesslicks presentations and general marketing materials portray our brand producing best-in-class and competitive marketingmaterials

• Supportsrelationships and activities for outside marketing vendors: Promo shop printers office signage

• Assistin managing marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpotSourceWhale)

• Support lead tracking segmentation and nurturing workflows

• Provides consultation and support for local branches

• Implements andleveragesthebest tools to create execute and report on marketing campaigns

• Develop thought leadership pieces

• Partner with the marketing team to align campaigns with brand messaging and content strategy

• Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and pipeline development

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across multiple brands (Malone Workforce Solutions Malone Healthcare Malone Homecare Family Tree Care Services AllStaff)

The Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing business or related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

• Strong project management multitasking and decision-making skills

• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Passion for marketing and driven by curiosity

• Ability to promote and adapt quickly to company initiatives

• Valid drivers license

• Reliable transportation

• Background check eligibility
