Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individuals relevant knowledge skills and experience. • Fostering a fun environment

• Promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
• Maintain data integrity of guests within Penn National Database and ensure all updates are maintained
• Create drop schedules for direct mail & digital campaigns for the team as well as vendors
• Communicate direct mail and digital marketing campaigns to all affected departments
• Merging and Purging of duplicated customer accounts
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding all direct and digital marketing campaigns
• Proofreadingof all direct and digital marketing program materials
• Coordinatingwith vendors to produce direct marketing campaigns
• Producingemail and mobile marketing campaigns using third-party software tools
• Trackingdirect marketing expenses
• DirectMail and Digital Campaign filing and management of all company excludedguests
• Createand maintain sheets for campaign analysis
• Generateresults from customer satisfaction surveys for the property
• Generateall Direct Mail and Digital marketing campaign data files.
• Assistingwith coupon redemption gift registration and special events as needed
• Performingother duties as assigned

• Mustbe outgoing energetic and enthusiastic
• Mustbe an extremely detailed individual with strong critical thinking skills
• Mustbe a good host and strong communicator with the ability to troubleshoot with guests on or off the phone
• Previous experience with reading SQL managing a Customer Relationship Management program (CRM) and be highly proficient in Microsoft ExcelMicrosoft Access and Microsoft Outlook
• Previousexperience with programs like ACSC and Cognos BI is preferred
• Knowledgeof compliance with department property and other company properties
• Befamiliar with how Advertising and Promotions are orchestrated
• Mustbe a team player with the ability to work collaboratively with otherdepartments and leaders to complete property/corporate initiatives andeffective day-to-day operations
• Physicallymobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push pullcarry and lift up to 25 lbs. and the ability to push pull reach bend twist stoop stack crouch kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
• Must be familiar with direct marketing principles including direct mail andemail
• Mustbe familiar with USPS mailing regulations
• Musthave a minimum of two years experience in related field or bachelors degree for accredited college or university
