Marketing Specialist (3+ years)

The Marketing Specialist at Coffman Engineers plays a key role in supporting business development and marketing efforts through proposal coordination content management client engagement activities and special event support. This position serves as a trusted resource for developing and producing high-quality proposals managing marketing data and resources supporting client relationship initiatives and coordinating internal and external communications.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing and business development with knowledge of industry concepts strategies and best practices. They are organized efficient and collaborative with experience managing proposals maintaining data integrity and balancing multiple priorities while contributing to the firms growth and client success. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and a passion for learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

• Positive collaborative attitude and strong commitment to teamwork.
• 3 years of marketing or proposal coordination experience preferably in the AEC (Architecture Engineering and Construction) industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently while remaining organized adaptable and responsive to team needs.
• Experience coordinating proposals presentations marketing materials and business development activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and OneNote.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign Photoshop and Acrobat
