Join us in advancing our vision to create economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce by helping organizations thrive and grow through marketing excellence.  The LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) Marketing Science and Technology team is seeking a dynamic visionary Strategic Analyst with a strong technical background and proven expertise in insights marketing analytics and measurement innovations to join our global team of marketing measurement and insights experts. This team is responsible for developing and scaling leading-edge marketing measurement and insights solutions to support our LMS sales teams with deepening strategic relationships with our customers and driving commercial outcomes powered by the experiences of LinkedIns 1B members spanning over 200 countries and territories.  Â

As a Strategic Analyst youll be at the forefront of providing data driven insight and driving measurement excellence for our clients and agency partners. Partnering across sales product and marketing you will lead the adoption of advanced analytics and measurement strategies harnessing industry-leading data to unlock actionable insights and maximize advertising impact across digital platforms.Â

Responsibilities:Â
- Client Leadership: Partner closely with Sales to translate data-driven insights and measurement into actionable strategies that improve business performance for our clients and agency partnersÂ
- Insights & Influence:Â Synthesize complex data into clear actionable recommendations for senior technical and non-technical stakeholdersÂ
- Measurement Strategy & Execution: Design and lead advanced measurement initiatives (experimentation incrementality attribution clean rooms) to optimize marketing performanceÂ
- Advanced Analytics:Â Apply SQL Python and visualization to analyze LinkedIn and third-party data at scaleÂ
- Innovation & Product Influence: Advise cross-functional partners to identify innovation opportunities including but not limited to new product features measurement capabilities and go-to-market strategies.Â
- Thought Leadership:Â Drive POV on the future of B2B measurement and represent the company externallyÂ
- Project Delivery:Â Lead end-to-end delivery of complex custom projectsÂ
- Data Governance:Â Uphold best practices in data privacy security and coding standardsÂ
Qualifications :
Basic QualificationsÂ
- 8 years experience in analytics marketing science measurement or consulting with direct client-facing leadership.Â
- 5 years experience using SQL or similar querying languageÂ
- 5 years experience in a consultative or advisory role    Â
- 3 years experience in project or program management  Â
- Bachelors degree in quantitative field (e.g. Statistics Data Science Economics Engineering Mathematics or related analytic field).Â
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- 10 years analytics marketing science measurement or consulting with direct client-facing leadership.Â
- 6 years experience using SQL or similar querying language    Â
- 6 years experience in a consultative or advisory role    Â
- 4 years experience in project or program management   Â
- Experience in digital marketing and AdTech ecosystems including agency landscapeÂ
- Demonstrated expertise in measurement methodologies (e.g. incrementality attribution MMM experimentation CAPI)Â
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and advanced analytics toolsÂ
- Experience applying AI / LLM techniques in analytics workflowsÂ

The pay range for this role is $126000 to $204000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.Â
