• Partner directly with cross-functional leaders across marketing sales product analytics and finance teams to drive cohesive strategies that ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience across products solutions and markets

• Work at the intersection of customer-facing and product teams to create the art of the possible narrative for Atlassians customers seeking to unleash the power of their teams

• Create improvements in business operations as the GTM team continues to refine Atlassians innovative business model by leveraging Atlassians industry-leading flywheel model to hyper-scale enterprise growth

• 6 years experience in the following areas: business operations strategy product go-to-market / sales strategy monetization strategic finance or similar

• Expertise in go-to-market domains including marketing

• Top-notch problem-solving and analytical capabilities including comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring a structured approach to decision-making;

• Understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise marketing & sales

• Excellent verbal & written communications skills with all levels of an organization

In The United States we have three geographic pay zones. For this role our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $157500 - $205625

Zone B: $141750 - $185063

Zone C: $130725 - $170669
