Marketing Representative

As a Marketing Representative you will provide high-level administrative support while assisting with the planning implementation and execution of the companys sales and marketing initiatives. This role serves as a key resource in supporting executive leadership coordinating communications and projects and contributing to marketing and sales-related activities.

In this role you will:

• Provide executive administrative support including scheduling correspondence travel coordination and record management.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives through event coordination promotional materials market research and reporting.
• Analyze data and prepare reports presentations and recommendations to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidential information and supporting strategic projects.

What you bring to the table:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in administrative support sales support marketing or a related business function.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business applications.

• Four-year degree in Business Marketing Sales Communications or a related field preferred.
• Executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders.
• Experience in sales marketing customer service or business operations.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Shift and Hours: Monday Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Compensation Details: The expected rate of pay for this position is $28.00 per hour - $34.00 per hour depending on experience.
