We are currentlyseekingto add a full-time Marketing & Proposal Coordinatorto our team.This position is full-time and 100% on-site at our Fort MyersFloridalocation. A hybrid work arrangement may be possible pending training and positive performance.

Your Responsibilities as a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator :

• Work alongsideourSouthwest Florida-basedMarketing& Proposalsteamin pursuit of new work with an emphasis onprojects insouth Florida
• Assistwith the retrieval and tracking of requests for proposals/qualifications
• Supportproposal plan preparationand production
• Support PowerPoint presentationcreation editing and organization
• Assistwith the writing cataloging and updating of projectmaterials such asproject descriptions andteam resumes
• Producehard-copyproposal documentsas needed from theFort Myers Floridaoffice
• Travel to client locations to deliver proposalson occasion
• Supportspecialeventsand tradeshowson occasion
• Performtasks to ensure the quality ofmarketing materials such as proofreading aesthetics and compliance reviews
• Fulfill othermarketingtasks as needed

What were looking for:

• Degree certification or equivalent experience in communications marketing business English journalism or a related field
• Minimum of2-4years of experience as a marketer preferablyin the architecture engineering and construction (AEC) industry
• Proficiencyin AdobeInDesignMicrosoft Office and PowerPoint
• Proposal experience required
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Excellent writing and copy editing capabilities
• Strong communications skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles
• Highly motivated willing to be part of our Apex team and enhance our marketing efforts
• Ability to work in-person at the Fort Myers Floridaoffice
• Ability to travel between offices for related tasks on occasion
• Valid drivers license safe drivinghistoryand reliable transportation
