Were hiring a Marketing Project Manager who thrives in the details moves fast without losing control and knows how to use AI to make work smarter.
This is not a traditional PM role. Yes you will manage timelines workflows and deliverables. But more importantly you will bring structure to chaos identify inefficiencies and build smarter systems that help the team move faster and execute better.
If youve ever built an AI tool or workflow that saved time or improved output youll fit right in.
- Own the day-to-day flow of marketing projects across campaigns events content and product launches
- Build and manage timelines briefs and workflows inside tools like Wrike or similar platforms
- Keep teams aligned on track and accountable without slowing them down
- Translate ideas into clear executable plans with defined owners and deadlines
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve them before they become issues
- Use AI to streamline processes automate repeatable work and improve team efficiency
- Partner with creative content and tech teams to move projects from concept to execution
- Bring order to fast-moving sometimes ambiguous environments
- Extreme attention to detail. You notice what others miss
- Organization. You keep complex projects clean simple and moving
- Speed. You can operate in a fast-paced environment without dropping the ball
- Communication. Clear direct and proactive
- Problem solving. You dont just track work you improve how work gets done
- Ownership. You take responsibility for outcomes not just tasks
- Experience with project management tools like Wrike Asana Jira or similar
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once in a marketing or creative environment
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows not just basic usage
- Bonus: Youve built or customized AI-powered tools automations or systems in a previous role

The expected salary range for this position is between:
$94300.00 - $137800.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
