What Youll Do

• Developand execute Home Office programs and incentives including campaignsusing emailsocial media website copy and marketing collateral
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align messaging with business objectives and brand standards
• Manage and execute integratedprogramcampaigns from concept through delivery
• Maintain and enforce brand voice tone and visual identity across all communication platforms
• Coordinate internal communications to support organizational initiatives and employee engagement
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future communications strategiesand Rep Performance.
• Assist inRep educationevent promotion product launches and corporate announcements

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or related field
• 25 years of experience in marketing communications content development or a similar role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g. CRM platforms email marketing systems social media management tools)
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
