• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns promotions and seasonal initiatives

• Support leadership with special projects new initiatives and business priorities
• Manage timelines follow-up communication and execution details for assigned projects
• Help create presentations internal communication documents guides and administrative materials
• Organize information track next steps and ensure projects move forward efficiently
• Assist with cross-department coordination involving operations guest experience hiring training and brand initiatives
• Provide strong administrative support on key company initiatives

• Experience in marketing project coordination executive support or administrative management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once with professionalism and urgency
• Creative mindset with strong execution skills
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with leadership and teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace Canva and marketing platforms preferred
• Experience in hospitality wellness beauty luxury retail or service-based businesses is a plus

• BA Degree 2 years of experience
• Data Analysis required
• PPC experience a must
• Professional and polished
• Resourceful and solutions-oriented
• Creative but highly organized
• Calm under pressure
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Able to manage both big-picture strategy and day-to-day details
