What We Do:Cornerstone Caregiving is a non-medical in-home care company primarily serving seniors. With over 400 offices we aim to provide the highest quality of care for our clients across 40 different states (and counting).
Job Description:
As a Marketing Manager you will report to and assist the Operating Director. The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting office growth through in-person marketing and networking efforts. The Marketing Manager will provide staffing and operational support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Process new client paperwork and client profiles via home care software Axiscare.
- Office Support: Provide general operational and administrative support to the Operating Director.
- Insurance Paperwork: Responsible for processing all long term care insurance and VA client paperwork.
- License Compliance: Manage license compliance and auditing necessary client and caregiver profiles.
- General Office Support: Manage day to day needs of the office.
- Payroll: Process payroll notes weekly.
- Compliance: Adhere to Cornerstone Caregivings operating standards and state-specific compliance requirements.
- Travel: Limited travel as needed for various sales marketing and client care service needs.
- Must have reliable transportation to meet the needs of position and scope of job responsibilities.
Education & Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Valid drivers license
- Valid state required proof of auto insurance
- Experience in home care or staffing preferred but not required
- Ability to clear required background check
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to split after-hours on-call requirements with managers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with technology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication including ability to present in a clear and
- concise manner
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and social media competency
- Strong ethics
