Marketing Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans campaigns and content calendars aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and coordinate participation in strategic conferences industry events and networking opportunities.
• Manage all aspects of event execution including registrations sponsorships exhibits vendors promotions and post-event follow-up.
• Secure speaking engagements panel opportunities and thought leadership placements that enhance Cumming Groups market visibility and credibility.
• Partner with regional leaders and business development teams to support market growth and client engagement initiatives.
• Assist in developing and managing regional marketing budgets ensuring resources are aligned with strategic priorities.
• Track analyze and report on marketing performance metrics providing recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to create content highlighting projects thought leadership employee achievements community involvement and event participation.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Attendance at work during normal business hours.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Communications Advertising or related field required

Experience: 6 years of relevant experience
