Job Summary

OnyxEast is seeking a highly organized creative and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support the execution of marketing initiatives across our Indiana Ohio and Florida markets. This role oversees day-to-day marketing operations digital communications vendor coordination and community marketing efforts while collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing & Design. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously and has a passion for real estate homebuilding branding and customer experience.

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and execute email marketing campaigns for Indiana and Ohio markets while overseeing campaign deployment and coordination for Florida communities.

Maintain and update company website ensuring content remains accurate current and aligned with brand standards.

Provide support to sales teams as needed for listing updates across various online platforms.

Assist the Director of Marketing & Design with advertising initiatives and regularly review campaign analytics performance metrics and reporting.

Research emerging marketing technologies tools and trends to support strategic initiatives.

Support event planning and coordination across markets.

Develop and coordinate community blogs company news articles and press releases in partnership with SEO and PR agencies.

Coordinate the development and production of marketing collateral with external creative partners.

Maintain and update internal marketing templates presentations and sales materials using platforms such as Visme.

Manage relationships with print vendors and oversee collateral production for Indiana and Ohio markets while overseeing Florida collateral.

Coordinate community signage design production and installation across all markets.

Support brand consistency across all customer-facing materials and communications.

Build and maintain relationships with local businesses community organizations and realtor partners to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Coordinate marketing partnerships events and promotional opportunities within key markets.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field preferred.

35 years of marketing experience preferably in real estate homebuilding development or a related industry. Residential new construction experience is a plus.

Experience managing email marketing platforms and website content management systems.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as Visme Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms.

Familiarity with marketing analytics reporting and digital advertising concepts.

Graphic design capabilities are a plus.

Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
