U.S. Forensic LLC an ATS Company is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support brand awareness lead generation and strategic marketing initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing event planning conference coordination content creation and data analysis within a growing forensic engineering and consulting organization.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field and is eager to gain practical experience working alongside marketing sales and business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing social media and digital marketing strategies to support lead generation brand awareness and service promotion.
  • Support website content reviews and recommend updates to improve user experience and visibility.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns including content creation scheduling and performance tracking.
  • Research SEO opportunities and help implement strategies to improve online presence.
  • Maintain and update the annual conference and events calendar.
  • Assist with conference planning registration logistics and exhibit coordination.
  • Support conference follow-up activities including lead tracking and event performance analysis.
  • Coordinate marketing collateral promotional materials and event shipments.
  • Analyze CRM data and marketing metrics to identify trends and support business development initiatives.
  • Assist with regional and national marketing campaigns and special projects.
  • Create presentations reports and marketing materials as needed.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the marketing and business development teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Public Relations or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing branding social media event planning and business development.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Canva Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation best practices.
  • Interest in SEO website optimization and digital analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
  • Self-motivated creative and eager to learn.
  • Experience with CRM systems Hootsuite or marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
