Were looking for a motivated detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support a broad range of marketing and communications initiatives across the organization.
This role offers hands-on experience in both internal and external marketing including brand execution content creation employee communications events and cross-functional project support. Youll work closely with the Marketing Manager and partner with HR operations and leadership teams to bring initiatives to life.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Communications
- Assist in drafting and editing internal communications (intranet content announcements campaigns)
- Support development of marketing copy for presentations emails and digital platforms
- Help maintain and update intranet pages to ensure content is accurate and engaging
- Contribute ideas for storytelling that reinforces STRATTECs brand and culture
Brand & Creative Support
- Ensure brand consistency across materials (logos colors messaging tone)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on creative deliverables
- Assist with creation of marketing assets such as presentations one-pagers and visuals
Events & Engagement
- Support planning and execution of internal events (town halls employee engagement volunteer initiatives)
- Assist with logistics communications and post-event follow-ups
- Help coordinate external event materials (e.g. trade shows customer-facing assets)
Project Coordination
- Help manage timelines track deliverables and follow up with stakeholders
- Support cross-functional projects involving HR operations and leadership teams
- Organize files assets and documentation to keep projects running smoothly
Digital & Marketing Operations
- Assist with basic analytics tracking (campaign engagement intranet usage etc.)
- Support content publishing and updates across platforms
- Help with general marketing operations and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Word Teams); familiarity with design tools is a plus
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
