Marketing Intern

Position Summary

Johnny Was is seeking a motivated Summer Finance Intern to support the Finance and Accounting team while gaining exposure to a wide range of business functions across the organization. This role provides hands-on experience inretail and wholesalefinancial operations reporting inventory managementstores eCommerceand administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance and Accounting team with data entry and record maintenance.

• Support Accounts Payable (AP) invoice processing and related documentation.

• Prepare and update spreadsheets reports and financial analyses.

• Assistwith the creation of presentations and meeting materials.

• Attend andobservemeetings to gain exposure to business operations and decision-making processes.

• Perform routine administrative and organizational tasks as assigned.

• Provide support to other departments on projects data management reporting and administrative tasks as needed.

• Complete special projects and otherduties asassigned.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program preferably pursuing a degree in Finance Accounting Business Economics or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Positive attitude willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
