Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Intern to support our Global Events & Brand Experience team. This role offers hands-on experience in planning and executing international trade shows conferences and digital marketing initiatives while working with cross-functional teams across North America Europe and Asia.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented eager to learn and interested in building a career in B2B technology marketing brand experience or event management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of global trade shows and conferences including event logistics and on-site coordination.

• Coordinate event timelines including event registrations attendee management meeting room reservations and shipping logistics.

• Assist with managing event materials promotional inventory global demo tracking and vendor communications to ensure event readiness.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing Sales Digital Marketing Regional Marketing and Creative teams to support event deliverables and cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Event Management or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel Word); familiarity with SharePoint or project management tools is a plus.

• Self-motivated collaborative and eager to learn in a fast-paced global environment.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience skills education and other job-related reasons. The hourly rate for this position is $25-35 in Washington.
