Job Summary
This role is hybrid and based out of our Boston office open to local students.
We are looking for a marketing intern to support our Commercial team through a busy tradeshow season and help keep our go-to-market engine running smoothly. This is a part-time internship for the Fall 2026 semester with at least one in-office day on Monday or Wednesday (both preferred). Our sunny spacious office is located in the heart of Boston next to Boston Common.
This is a role for someone who is a:
- Self-starter who enjoys working independently and is eager to join a fast-paced dynamic startup environment.
- Highly-organized multitasker who can manage multiple projects deadlinesand moving pieces simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
- Clear communicator whos comfortable coordinating across different business teams.
- Resourceful and proactive problem-solverwho enjoys improving processesand finding more efficient ways to organize information and workflows.
- Junior or senior on a marketing or hospitality career track with an interest in the science and healthcare landscape.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with AI tools.
- Comfort building and maintaining organized systems whether thats a content library a contact database or a tradeshow logistics tracker.
- Previous internship experience (exposure to biotech medical device or healthcare organizations a plus).
As our marketing intern youll work closely with experienced professionals across Marketing Sales Clinical and Product teams gaining hands-on exposure to how an growing software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) company develops its brand communicates complex science and brings new technologies to market. Its a great way to get an inside look at MedTech marketing while building skills that translate directly to a future career in marketing communications or brand strategy.
Salary:$25/hour for up to an estimated 20 hours a week
At Elucid we believe the best work happens in a flexible hybrid environment. Boston-area employees are encouraged to work from the office on Mondays and Wednesdays with the option to come in additional days if they prefer. Fully remote employees outside the Boston area come in as needed.
