We are currently seeking to add a full-time Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to our team. This position is hybrid. Most of the role can be performed remotely with occasional in-person duties.

Candidates located near the Greater Boston area who can travel to Woburn Massachusetts as needed will be considered.

Your Responsibilities as a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator :

• Work alongsideourWoburn-based Marketing Managerand Sr. Marketing Coordinatorin pursuit of new work with an emphasis onprojects in the northeastern United States
• Assistwith the retrieval and tracking of requests for proposals/qualifications andhelp withgo/no-go discussions
• Supportproposal plan preparation and drive proposal kick-off discussions
• Contribute tocompelling firm qualifications proposals and presentation materialsin support of Apexs business initiatives. Includeslayout writing and coordination
• Assistwith the writing cataloging and updating of projectmaterials such asprofiles team resumes and client references
• Produce hard-copyproposal documentsas needed from the Woburn Massachusettsoffice
• Travel to client locations to deliver proposalson occasion
• Supportspecialeventsand trade showson occasion
• Performtasks to ensure the quality ofmarketing materials such as proofreading aesthetics and compliance reviews.
• Update theclientrelationship management (CRM) systemand related databases
• Fulfill othermarketingtasks as needed

What were looking for:

• Degree certification or equivalent experience in communications marketing business English journalism or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a marketer preferably in the architecture engineering and construction (AEC) industry
• Proficiencyin AdobeInDesignand Microsoft Office
• Proposal experience required
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Excellent writing and copy editing capabilities
• Strong communications skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles
• Highly motivated willing to be part of our Apex team and enhance our marketing efforts
• Ability to travel to the Apex office in WoburnMassachusetts for proposal production and to client locations for proposal delivery
• Ability to travel between offices for related tasks on occasion
• Valid drivers license safe drivinghistoryand reliable transportation

Annual Expected Pay Range: $75000 - $85000 per year
