WHAT THIS POSITION REALLY IS:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the daily execution of marketing across Grass Clippings Rolling Hills and Glenrosacreating content managing social channels assisting with event promotion and helping bring the brand to life across every platform and touchpoint. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to keep the brand consistent active and engaged.

SUPPORTING THE FULL BRAND
This role is hands-on and in the field as much as it is behind a screen. You will be present at events tournaments and activationscapturing content engaging with the community and ensuring the energy of the property translates into everything we put out. You will work directly with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with Golf F&B and Events teams daily.

• Email Campaign Creation & Assistance

• Partnership & Influencer Coordination
• Reporting & Analytics Tracking

Keeping social channels active consistent and on-brand. Capturing content that actually reflects the energy of this place. Supporting events and activations with strong promotional execution. Building community engagement across platforms. Helping grow awareness for both Grass Clippings and Glenrosa. Showing up with creativity enthusiasm and a Stay Grassy attitude every day.

WHO YOU ARE:
Experience in marketing content creation social media management or a related field is preferred--but attitude creativity and genuine enthusiasm for this brand matter just as much. We are looking for someone who is comfortable creating content on the fly has a good eye for photography & video and thrives in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. If you love hospitality golf culture food & beverage and live events this is the job for you.

• Basic copywriting & caption writing
• Management of multiple deadlines at once

PROGRAMMING & EVENTS

• Create and schedule daily content across all platforms
• Capture photo and video at events activations and daily operations
• Assist with email campaigns flyers and promotional materials
• Engage with the online community on behalf of the brand
• Support tournament league and event marketing execution
• Help grow the Grass Clippings and Glenrosa audience in the Valley & beyond
