Marketing Coordinator

Remote (with travel) Full-Time Mid-Level

At Omni Fiber were building something big-and were looking for a Marketing Coordinator whos ready to roll up their sleeves and help power our growth.

Youll be at the center of our marketing efforts-helping plan execute and track campaigns across multiple channels.

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns (digital events and community-based)
• Manage timelines project schedules approvals and deliverables
• Help plan promotions seasonal campaigns and local initiatives
• Partner with designers vendors and internal teams to bring ideas to life
• Track performance through reports dashboards and marketing data
• Assist with budget tracking invoices and vendor coordination
• Support local events sponsorships and community engagement efforts

Were looking for someone who is organized proactive and ready to grow.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field (preferred)
• 2-5 years of hands-on marketing experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (written verbal)
• Experience with:
  • Email marketing & social media
  • Digital marketing tools/platforms
  • Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence

• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
• Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools
• Experience using AI tools (like ChatGPT or Canva) to enhance marketing work

• Creative detail-oriented and solutions-focused
• Self-starter who can work independently AND collaborate effectively
• Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and shifting timelines

• Primarily remote role
• Travel up to 50% within our service areas for events and initiatives
