Konexial is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Knoxville TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for developing creative strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. As a Marketing Coordinator you will work with the VP of Marketing to support the execution of marketing campaigns manage day-to-day marketing projects and contribute to the overall growth and success of Konexials marketing efforts.

Your Future Job:

• Campaign Management: Assist in the planning execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital social media email and print.
• Content Creation: Develop and curate compelling content for marketing materials including website updates blog posts social media content product and promotional collateral.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and insights for marketing strategies.
• Event Coordination: Support the organization and execution of company events trade shows and webinars to enhance brand presence and engage with target audiences.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives including key metrics ROI and campaign effectiveness. Provide recommendations for optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including sales product development and customer support to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure cohesive messaging.
• Administrative Support: Support VP of Marketing by managing marketing budgets vendor relationships and project timelines to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

To Land the Job Youll Need:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a marketing role preferably within the technology or logistics industry.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and marketing tools (e.g. Hubspot Google Analytics social media platforms).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create engaging content.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing marketing challenges.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Canva) is a plus.

Extra Awesome (Not Required):

• Fluent in a foreign language (Spanish preferred)
• Experience in website development and management (WordPress)
• Knowledge and interest in leveraging AI to support marketing efforts and automation
