• Engage with prospective customers during promotional activities.

• Follow up with prospective customers to support sales opportunities.
• Assist with promotional materials displays and campaign resources.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and marketing activities.
• Support customer engagement and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and sales goals.
• Help coordinate daily promotional activities and schedules.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive outgoing and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable adaptable and self-motivated.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in marketing sales customer service retail hospitality or promotions is a plus but not required.
