About the Role
We are seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Communications Manager to join our dynamic team as a self-directed contributor. This role is perfect for a creative and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment and is passionate about the art craft and strategy of marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design and copywriting experience managing social media calendars and the ability to coordinate marketing efforts with both internal and external partners. Theyll be resourceful and hardworking excited to support the sales team and come to the table with a get it done approach.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Copywriting
- Create visually appealing marketing materialsfrom existing branded templatesincluding social media graphics emails brochures presentations and other collateral
- Write engaging and persuasive copy for various channels including social media posts email campaigns website content and promotional materials
- Apply the principles from branded templates to build non-templated designs that align with the companys brand guidelines and tone of voice

Social Media Management
- Develop and maintain content calendar for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram LinkedIn Facebook X)
- Schedule posts monitor engagement and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns
- Stay current on social media trends use innovative strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement

Marketing Coordination
- Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored marketing materials that drive results including lead generation and client acquisition efforts
- Act as a liaison between GTM teams to ensure alignment on objectives and messaging
- Assist in organizing occasional events webinars or trade shows as needed
- Manage marketing-related administrative tasks such as tracking budgets processing invoices and maintaining organized records of campaigns
- Coordinate external vendors as needed (e.g. printers agencies contractors)
- Assist with preparing reports for leadership as needed

Content Research
- Conduct in-depth research on key topics as they relate to our product industry and brand perspective ensuring Lingrove remains thought leaders in the space
- Translate findings into compelling insights that inform content across all marketing channels including social media blogs and CEUs
- Continuously monitor trends and regulations to keep our messaging relevant credible and impactful Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Graphic Design or a related field
- 6 years of experience in a marketing role with responsibilities in graphic design copywriting and social media management
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) or Canva
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling copy tailored to different audiences
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms (including scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer)

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub is a plus
- Ability to work within established brand guidelines while producing creative content
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console is a plus
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
- Technical experience hosting zoom webinars is a plus
