Job Summary
A top law firm is seeking a highly organized detail-oriented Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our collaborative Marketing Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is eager to build a strong foundation in legal marketing business development events and client engagement while supporting a nationally recognized law firm.
Working closely with Marketing Department leadership and team members the Coordinator will help ensure the smooth execution of firm events marketing communications CRM data management business development initiatives and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate is proactive service-oriented comfortable managing details and excited to contribute to a fast-paced professional services environment.
What Youll Do
- Coordinate logistics for firm-hosted webinars roundtables CLEs conferences and in-person events including invitations registrations attendee lists reminders materials and follow-up documentation.
- Support conference sponsorships and firm participation by helping assemble materials track deliverables and coordinate event-related details.
- Maintain accurate client and contact information in the firms CRM system including mailing lists segmentation data hygiene and activity tracking.
- Assist with distribution of client alerts newsletters invitations and other marketing communications.
- Support website updates administrative publishing tasks document formatting attorney bio updates onboarding-related marketing tasks and other marketing operations.
- Provide administrative support for pitches RFPs business development research pursuit files deadlines and follow-up trackers.
- Coordinate internal marketing meetings selected business development meetings vendor communications and general support for the marketing team.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 13 years of experience in marketing events business development or administrative support preferably in a professional services environment.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail sound judgment and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a responsive and customer-service-oriented approach.
- Comfort working with CRM CMS email marketing Microsoft Office and related marketing technology tools; prior experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and contribute effectively in a fast-paced virtual or hybrid work environment.
