Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. This position focuses on supporting brand marketing initiatives coordinating promotional activities and engaging with customers to communicate product and service information.

The Marketing Associate will assist with the execution of marketing campaigns support brand representation efforts and work collaboratively with team members to ensure promotional activities are delivered effectively. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys working with people and contributing to a dynamic team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Represent client brands and communicate product and service information to customers.

Assist with customer engagement activities and brand awareness efforts.

Provide accurate information regarding current products services and promotions.

Help prepare and organize marketing materials for scheduled campaigns.

Support the coordination of retail marketing events and promotional activities.

Maintain consistent and professional brand messaging.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate assistance.

Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with team members.

Maintain organized records of marketing activities and campaign participation.

Collaborate with colleagues to support daily marketing objectives.

Participate in team meetings campaign briefings and training sessions.

Complete additional marketing-related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or 12 years of experience in marketing communications retail customer service sales or a related field.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional and customer-focused approach.

Comfortable interacting with customers and communicating product information.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in an active environment.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Dependable adaptable and able to follow established procedures.

Previous experience in marketing or promotional activities is beneficial but not required.
