Job Summary
Under the direction ofthe Digitaland Social MediaMarketingManagertheMarketing & Content Coordinator supports JCC Greater Bostons marketing and communications efforts by creating compelling content and coordinating marketing initiatives that highlight the breadth of programs events services and experiences offered across the organization.
TheMarketing & Content Creatorwill workcollaboratively alongside a teamin a dynamic and fast-paced environmentbuilding relationshipswith various stakeholders to implement innovative marketing strategiesthatpromote our programs and positionisresponsible formanagingone or more of theorganizations social mediaaccounts creating compelling contentand marketing collateral for print and digital use andassistingin capturing photo and video assets for the Marketing teams use.

Primary responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Write and edit engaging content for a variety of platforms including website pages emailssocial mediaposts anddigital and printmaterials
- Assistwith the creation and coordination of print collateral and digital marketing assets
- Assistin creating and managing content for the plasma screens throughout the JCC ensuring information displayed is engagingaccurate and up to dateat all times
- Collaboratewith various departments to gather contentfor marketing campaignsand ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Identifyand develop storiesto share across JCC platformsthat highlightthe organizationsprograms community members staff and impact
- Coordinateand/orassistwithphotography and video needs for marketing initiatives and events
Digital Marketing
- Update andmaintainwebsite content to ensure information isaccuratetimely and engaging
- Assistwith email marketing campaigns including drafting content building campaigns scheduling and tracking performanceas needed
- Support social media planningcontent creationscheduling and engagementtrackingacross JCC channels
- Assistin creating and managingpaidsearch andsocial media campaignsacross digital platforms
- Monitor digital analytics and provide insights on content performance and audience engagement
Marketing Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate marketing support for programs events and initiatives across departmentsas needed
- Manage timelines and track marketing requests to ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Assistin developing marketing plans for key initiatives and campaigns
- Assistin managingthe marketing calendarand Asana project boards tosupport cross-team coordination
- Maintain organized libraries of marketing materials images and templates

- Attend JCCGB All Staff meetings.

This full-time hourly non-exempt position pays $23.05 - $24.52 offers a comprehensive benefits package a supportive work environment (with a hybrid work option for some administrative duties) and a competitive starting pay rate of $23.05-$24.52 per hour.
The salary offered will ultimately be determined by relevant qualifications experience and JCCs internal equity.

Requirements
Education and Experience:College degreerequired; degree in marketing communications digital media or related field preferred.1-3 years of experience in content creation digital marketing or social media managementrequired.
Experience working withMicrosoft Office Canva social media platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn) and Campaign Monitor or equivalent email marketing toolsis needed; experience withWordPress or similarCMSa plus.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted at the JCCs discretion to meetthisminimumhiringcriteria.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent visual and written storytelling skills with an eye for detail and design
- Comfortable capturing photos and video with phone or camera including editing basic content for digital use
- Ability to translate ideas into engaging digital content that aligns with JCC values and branding
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights
- Basic graphic design skills or experience with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- A team player with a proactive self-starter attitude and a willingness to support evolving marketing needs
- Must have a record of successfully workingwell independently and with others building/sustaining collaborative working relationshipswith a variety of stakeholders
Physical Requirements:This is a hybrid role: many administrative tasks may be conducted remotelyand on-site presence isrequiredfor regular content capture and collaboration. Must be able to walk long distancesliftand carry objects up to 40 pounds (e.g. photo equipment collateral). Some evenings and weekends may berequiredfor capturing content related to programs and events.
