Job Summary
The Marketing and Communications Project Manager drives complex cross-functional marketing campaigns from conception to execution serving as the operational backbone for brand growth and digital initiatives. Ensure campaigns launch on time and within budget improving efficiency managing project lifecycles and fostering alignment among stakeholders.
- Project Leadership: Lead large-scale integrated marketing campaigns and oversee the full project lifecycle including launch planning and post-campaign analysis.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between Brand Growth/Performance Marketing Creative Analytics and program teams to ensure alignment.
- Workflow Optimization: Audit existing processes to implement efficiencies standardizing workflows templates and project management tools (e.g. Asana Workfront Basecamp Agentic tools).
- Stakeholder & Agency Partners Management: Communicate project status risks and performance metrics to executive leadership; manage external agencies and vendor relationships.
- Budget Oversight: Track project spending and resource capacity to ensure optimal utilization and ROI.
- Experience: 5-7 years in marketing operations project management or a similar role often with 3 years in a senior or leadership position. Agency experience a plus.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in project management software (e.g. Asana Basecamp Workfront) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles CRM SEO AI and brand strategies.
