YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Make the Partnership Matter Turn our flagship U.S. sports partnership into moments fans want to be part of. Use media social events hospitality ticketing and brand integrations to create more than another logo on a screen
• Bring Big Ideas to Life Lead campaigns from the first spark through launch. Shape the message challenge the creative rally the right people and handle the details that make the work happen.
• Paint the U.S. Orange Take global brand priorities and make them impossible to ignore in the U.S. Build campaigns launches and local experiences that attract customers and drive direct bookings
• Find Your Creative Co-Conspirators Build a network of agencies and freelancers across key markets who bring fresh ideas understand culture and can deliver at speed
• Prove It Worked Define what success looks like track performance across brand acquisition loyalty bookings and revenue and use the results to make the next idea even better

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Youve Made Things Happen You bring 57 years of experience in brand sponsorship partnership experiential field or integrated marketing with work youre excited to show and results you can explain
• You Have a Point of View You know the difference between a bold idea and noise. Youre willing to challenge the safe option and can make a convincing case for something unexpected
• You Know How to Activate Youve turned sponsorship or partnership rights into campaigns across channels creating experiences people engage with and outcomes the business can measure
• You Can Get It Done Youre as comfortable pitching the idea as you are managing creative development budgets timelines approvals agencies and launch details
• You Bring People Along You can win support from U.S. and global stakeholders work through competing opinions and keep a strong idea intact as it moves toward launch
• You Know the Numbers You use performance data to sharpen your instincts understand what moved customers and make the next campaign work harder
