Were currently seeking a Market Recruiterto join our Headquarters team!The MarketRecruiter drives high-volume hiring across a designated area by sourcing screening and selecting candidates for store-level roles. This role partners closely with store and district managers to understand staffing needs and quickly fill open positions. The recruiter builds local talent pipelines hosts and attends hiring events and supports seasonal and part-time hiring surges. They also help create staffing materials and ensurea consistent candidate-friendly experience that supports store operations and business You Will Do:Talent Acquisition Strategy & ExecutionOwn end-to-end recruitment efforts for high-volume field-based roles within a defined market or region to meet staffing and growth with field leadership to assess workforce needs understand store trends and anticipate hiring and implement localized sourcing strategies informed by labor market data and hiring recruitment efforts with broader organizational goals workforce planning and DEI hiring managers on effective hiring practices including candidate evaluation behavioral interviewing and Pipeline Development & Employer BrandingBuild and maintain proactive pipelines of qualified candidates for recurring seasonal and critical the company at job fairs community events and local hiring initiatives to source and attract the employer brand consistently through job postings digital platforms and in-person candidate-facing communications and contribute to a compelling employer value Improvement & ComplianceDrive standardization and efficiency in recruiting workflows documentation and candidate communication recruiting practices are compliant with legal and company standards including wage hour and minor employment and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill quality-of-hire) and use insights to recommend process Support & New Hire Talent ExperienceCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to insights from field hiring experiences to refine new hire resources onboarding kits and communication efforts to streamline internal talent strategies particularly those related to entry-level and seasonal You Will Shine:Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Communications or a related field or equivalent experience (4 years).Minimum of3 years of experience in recruiting talent acquisition or a related HR field preferably in a multi-location or retail experience inmanaging recruitment strategies coaching hiring managers and supporting employer branding withapplicant tracking systems like Dayforce Workday Or job board platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
