Market Place Attendant

AHotel Marketplace Attendantworks in the hotels lobby café grabandgo market or retail shop combining food & beverage service with guest retail experiences. The role is guestfocused requiring both hospitality and retail skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Food & Beverage Preparation: Make coffee espresso and specialty drinks; assemble sandwiches wraps and other grabandgo items; warm up readytoeat foods.

• Cashiering: Operate the pointofsale (POS) system to process credit/debit transactions handle cash make change and process gift cards or certificates.

• Inventory Management: Keep the market stocked using First In First Out (FIFO) methods; monitor expiration dates; ensure adequate merchandise supply.

• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly answer menu and product questions assist with purchases and ensure high guest satisfaction.

• Area Maintenance: Keep the market and adjacent seating areas clean organized and guestready.

• Merchandise Support: Demonstrate knowledge of products styling and pricing; wrap and pack orders for shipping when required.

Job Requirements

• Prior customer service experience preferred.

• POS system experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a fastpaced guestfocused environment.

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time & PT Available; Varies: 6:30am 12: PM 7 days a week
