Location: This is an on-site opportunity based in Bedford Massachusetts offering the chance to work closely with an experienced legal team while serving clients in a dynamic maritime practice.
Note: To be considered you must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and have prior Maritime or Admiralty Law experience.

Job Description
- Represent clients in maritime and admiralty litigation and related legal matters.
- Advise clients on maritime regulations commercial disputes contracts and risk management.
- Draft pleadings motions contracts legal memoranda and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
- Participate in negotiations mediations depositions hearings and trials as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to provide proactive legal solutions.
- Manage case files while maintaining exceptional client communication.
- Stay current on developments in maritime and admiralty law.
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Bar license.
- Maritime or Admiralty Law experience required.
- Strong legal writing research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating with a team.
- Litigation experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
