If you take pride in your work show up on time and know your way around an outboard we want to and repair outboard engines sterndrive and marine electrical systemsPerform warranty repairs routine maintenance and pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)Rigging of new and used boats including electronics trolling motors and accessoriesDocument all work accurately in service ordersCommunicate repair status and findings with the service writer/managerMaintain a clean organized work area and company shop standardsRequirementsYamaha Certified Technician (required) -- Mercury Suzuki or Evinrude certs a plus3 years of hands-on marine mechanical experienceMust own and bring your own toolsStrong working knowledge of marine electrical systems and wiringAbility to read and interpret service manuals wiring diagrams and schematicsValid drivers license and clean record (boat trailer operation required)Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor/shop conditions year-roundNice to HaveFamiliarity with Garmin Simrad or Lowrance electronics installationHydraulic steering and trim tab experienceABYC certificationWhat We OfferYear-round stable workload (South Florida advantage)Clean well-equipped shopOpportunity to grow with a dealer thats expanding
