We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Marina Yard Crew member to join our team in Brookfield CT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the marina yard ensuring boats and equipment are properly handled maintained and stored.

• Operate marina forklift to move boats trailers and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with launching and retrieving boats from the water.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of boats and marina equipment.
• Organize and maintain the marina yard to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Load and unload supplies and materials as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and marina policies.
• Assist customers and provide excellent service when required.

• Experience operating a marina forklift is required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Previous marina or yard crew experience is a plus.
