Duties & Responsibilities
- Fabricate fit and weld assemblies to meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect welds and completed assemblies to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Operate welding equipment grinders saws overhead cranes forklifts and other fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
- Measure cut and prepare materials for fabrication.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area following all OSHA and company safety policies.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors quality control personnel and fellow team members to meet production goals.
- Identify and communicate fabrication or quality issues before materials move to the next production stage.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality efficiency and safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- You have a 3G welding certification
- You can climb ladders easily and safely
- You do not have a fear of heights
- You have safety experience including the use of personal protective equipment
- You are able to safely lift 50 lbs. at any given time during the shift
