SUMMARY
Develops and implements Training and Development programs for Kewaunee Fabrications team members. Supports the design and deployment of strategic learning programs across the organization. This would include but not be limited to technical-manufacturing training training strategy and program design.
It is an exciting time to be part of Kewaunee Fabrications and this role will have an opportunity to be part of establishing training programs at this location. This role will work onsite from our Kewaunee WI facility. This is a unionized facility.
YOUR IMPACT
Designs develops and delivers curriculum courses and associated materials in all available/appropriate training media on a variety of topics.
Assists in the assessment of training requirements across the organization.
Network with Production leaders to identify training needs and develop programs to address needs.
Develop online learning modules within the corporate LMS.
Develop Instructor-Lead Training modules.
Track learning using the LMS.
Network collaboratively across different Business Units within the segment.
Researches and writes proposals.
Identifies evaluates negotiates with recommends and implements vendor training courseware materials and media as appropriate.
Works with outside vendors and internal stakeholders to customize and coordinate program design and delivery.
Identifies external training courses for employees as appropriate.
Participates in special corporate and organization development initiatives such as Town Halls and Employee Briefings
Assists in the coordination of training events.
Conducts on the job training new hire orientation and/or on demand training based on business needs.
Participates in industry training groups internal education advisory boards and user groups.
Supports documentation standards for all Training Center activities and products.
Develops and publishes content within the knowledge repository and Training Center intranet site and participates in their continuous improvement.
Works within established documentation style and templates
Participates in budget preparation and tracking while ensuring adherence to the department budget
Follows guidance from leaders.
Monitors compliance and record keeping within the Learning Management System
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Training and Development Management Organizational Development or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of welding experience with steel or equivalent related experience.
Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification required.
Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Training Education or Human Resources OR combination of equivalent experience in Instructional and Program Design

Completing projects in a timely manner within tight timelines
Prior experience with program design and/or curriculum writing
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Prior experience in paint and weld processes.
Prior experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS); prior Workday experience preferred.
Prior experience creating training videos and writing video scripts.
Proficient in MS Office Word and PowerPoint and InDesign.
Proficient Adobe Acrobat Pro

Pay Range:
$64500.00 - $103500.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range individual pay is determined by various factors including the scope and responsibilities of the role the candidates experience education and skills as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
