Manufacturing Trainee

Operate all machinery designed to manufacture gravure cylinder bases to the required specifications. This includes areas of plating engraving and proofing.

This is an ENTRY level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing

Pay: $21/hour plus $1/hour shift differential

Hours: 3rd shift 10:30pm - 7:00am

$1000 Sign-On Bonus available for eligible new hires paid in two installments and subject to company guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment including lathes to manufacture parts according to specifications.
• Safely load unload and handle heavy cylinders and materials frequently lifting and moving items
• Perform lathe setup operation and basic adjustments to ensure quality and production efficiency.
• Drain strip clean and prepare tanks containing industrial chemical fluids

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is $21.00 USD hourly. Ultimately in determining pay we will consider the successful candidates location experience and other job-related factors.
