Manufacturing Technician Strongsville 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot manufacturing assembly wiring testing and equipment-related issues
- Support production operations involving turret press fabrication press brake forming tube bending mechanical assembly and electric wiring
- Create and maintain work instructions process documentation and standard work
- Support tooling fixtures test equipment and production systems
- Assist with equipment improvements new product introductions and engineering changes
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
- Work closely with Production Engineering Quality and Maintenance teams to improve safety quality and productivity

Required Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand walk bend kneel and work around production equipment
- Ability to safely perform light to moderate physical tasks
- Associate degree in Engineering Technology Manufacturing Technology Electrical Technology or related field preferred. Equivalent technical or manufacturing experience will be considered.
- Experience in appliance manufacturing HVAC equipment manufacturing furnace boiler or water heater manufacturing electro-mechanical assembly electrical wiring and schematic interpretation industrial equipment manufacturing sheet metal fabrication industrial maintenance or manufacturing engineering support
- Ability to read assembly drawings wiring diagrams and work instructions
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems is a plus
