Key Responsibilities
- Operate set up and support advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Execute manufacturing operations that transform raw materials into intermediate and final patient-ready products.
- Generate complete and maintain GMP-compliant manufacturing documentation including:
- Batch records
- Logbooks
- Labels
- Check sheets
- Protocols
- Change controls
- Quality Tracking System (QTS) records
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all production documentation.
- Perform equipment operation routine maintenance operator care and basic troubleshooting activities.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Support the operation and housekeeping of classified manufacturing environments.
- Collect analyze and report operational performance metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety productivity quality and compliance.
- Adhere to GMP safety quality and regulatory requirements at all times.
Qualifications :
Required
- High School Diploma or Associates Degree with 2 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment (GMP ISO medical device pharmaceutical biotechnology food manufacturing or similar)
OR
Bachelors Degree in a scientific or technical field.
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot diagnose and resolve equipment-related issues.
Valid drivers license.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand bend reach climb and lift up to 55 pounds as needed.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses respirators protective suits and facility uniforms.

Additional Information :
- Position is full-time working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m overtime as needed
- Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Groton CT are encouraged to apply.
