Key Responsibilities

• Operate set up and support advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Execute manufacturing operations that transform raw materials into intermediate and final patient-ready products.
• Generate complete and maintain GMP-compliant manufacturing documentation including:
  • Batch records
  • Logbooks
  • Labels
  • Check sheets
  • Protocols
  • Change controls
  • Quality Tracking System (QTS) records
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all production documentation.
• Perform equipment operation routine maintenance operator care and basic troubleshooting activities.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Support the operation and housekeeping of classified manufacturing environments.
• Collect analyze and report operational performance metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety productivity quality and compliance.
• Adhere to GMP safety quality and regulatory requirements at all times.

Qualifications :

Required

• High School Diploma or Associates Degree with 2 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment (GMP ISO medical device pharmaceutical biotechnology food manufacturing or similar)

OR

• Bachelors Degree in a scientific or technical field.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot diagnose and resolve equipment-related issues.

• Valid drivers license.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand bend reach climb and lift up to 55 pounds as needed.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses respirators protective suits and facility uniforms.

Additional Information :

• Position is full-time working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m overtime as needed
• Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Groton CT  are encouraged to apply.
